This was a great way to use up our leftover turkey and make a super fast dinner. I also used 1/8 cup seaseme oil and 1/8 cup vegetable oil and it did give it an oriental twist on the flavor which I enjoyed. I didn't have any celery, but I added peas and thinly sliced carrots. I will be making the recipe again, and I would even serve it to company.

This was a very good salad recipe....my husband liked having meat, and I liked having a cool salad for these summer days! However, we both decided that adding green onion, as well as some extra almonds and water chestnuts would be an improvement. As for the dressing, I had some sesame oil on-hand and substituted half of the veggie oil with the sesame oil...I liked the result. Next time, I am going to toss in some manderine oranges too!
