INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
2 sandwich rolls, split
Lettuce Leaves
Add to Recipe Box

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerator for 1 hour. Just before serving, spoon onto rolls and top with a lettuce leaf.

A friend of mine uses this recipe and loves it! I had to try. I used a pint of tuna and 2 sm cans of chestnuts (I cut the nuts into very small pieces). I will def make again. Really good on crackers.

I omitted the parsley, and used half a can of water chestnuts. It was ok for a change but I won't be making them again. Thanks.
