This was really good and my family loved it. I made a few substitutions as follows. Turkey burger Dried minced onion no green pepper added garlic powder cream of celery instead of mushroom mexican blend cheese I might use a little more meat next time. There was a lot of rice.

I used fat free cheddar cheese and reduced fat soup. I also did not use the margarine and it was still wonderful. Will definately make this again. Thanks for a great recipe.

This was a really good casserole. I doubled the amount of rice so it would stretch and that worked good it was still tasty. I think next time I will mix the rice and the soup mixture together before baking. It tasted kind of like meatloaf and cheesy rice. I will make this again for sure!!
