I found this recipe by doing an ingredient search on Allrecipes because I wanted to make do with what I had for dinner. I was so surprised, this was pretty good!

I wasn't too sure about this, it didn't look very appetizing when I was getting ready to put it in the oven. The end result was delicious. My husband had the leftovers gone before the next day. I didn't have any cornflakes so topped it with french fried onions instead. I will be making this again and again.

THis was really good. I didn't have ground beef and was looking for a way to use some ground pork, so I made the ground pork into italian sausage using another recipe from this site and subbed that for the beef. Everything else was the same except I used colby-jack cheese (not a big difference). I think it was better with the sausage than it would be with beef. I recommend trying it that way. I'll make this again.

Followed the directions as written except I cooked the rice in chicken stock and seasoned it to give it more flavor per the other reviews-- there has to be something more flavorful than corn flakes... This is a nice weekday filler for dinner, but it didn't quite make the five star mark.

A little bland - I did put fried onions on top. It tasted like it was missing "something". Maybe next time a little more ketchup or something of the like. I put leftovers into scrambled eggs the next day - that was DELISH!

I liked it, but the rest of the family thought it still needed something. They thought the rice part is what was so bland. I will make it again, but will season the rice part.
