Crunchy Peanut Coleslaw Recipe Reviews - Allrecipes.com (Pg. 1)
Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2011
I served this with Pulled Pork and cornbread. Everyone dished it up on their plates, but no one ate much of it. I was asked if it was made with peanut butter. I thought the dressing was very yummy but when I saw their reaction to the finished dish, I wished I would have left off the peanuts. I'm sorry b/c I thought it was an interesting idea.

Delicious Coleslaw, especially from the crunch of the peanuts. I'd use less mayo and replace it with more yogurt.

I'm not a" KFC" coleslaw person-yuck. I decided to try this, the ingredients looked promising. The only change I made was to sub RED pepper for the green, and it made the presentation much better. I also chopped everything-especially the cauliflower, so all the stuff was of similar size. This salad has an excellent combo of textures...I have 10 and 7 y/old kids, and our whole family loved this salad! Will be my next "bring a side dish to share" salad. thanks for the recipe!

Awesome, delicious recipe! I took out the cauliflower, and replaced it with 1/4 cup red pepper, and 1/4 cup radishes 1/2 cup carrots. Gave it a bit more color and texture.. I used Breakstone Fat Free sour cream and Smart Balance mayo- YUM!!

I left out the peppers (hate them), and stirred the parmesan into the sauce before adding it to the veggies. Anyway, I loved it and so did my boyfriend! Also, like most coleslaws, tastes better after it sits for awhile.

Very, very good coleslaw recipe. I did not have tarragon vinegar-- I used apple cider instead plus 1 t tarragon. Added extra cucumber, substituted broccoli for cauliflower, didn't add green pepper. Peanuts add an amazing flavor. Don't make this without the peanuts!
