This was delicious! The parmesan cheese adds a unique flavor, the powdered kind is perfect for this recipe.

Very good. I added just a little Frank's Hot Sauce in with the butter, otherwise I made no changes. I didn't need the whole 45 minutes, I think it was just under. Not only did the husband and I love it, so did the kids! Very close to that pre-packaged Chex mix, but better.
