Oh my goodness, so good!! I couldn't find ice cream bricks anywhere, so I just bought a half gallon in a box, pulled the sides of the box away from the ice cream, and sliced it that way. Very easy! Be careful to work fast once the ice cream hits the air. It melts fast, and I had to work faster than it was melting to keep from a really big mess! Making this again many times in the future!!!
