This is a good salad, and I agree, make it the night before so the flavors can blend. And you could use less cheese. I like to get the broccoli that has extra long stems because it adds extra crunch.

Very nice version of the old classic. I prefer a little less cheese, just a cup or so. As noted, it is best when prepared the night before, but great right away as well. The dressing is simple and delicious. A big hit for my family!
