it was ok. I wasn't overly impressed yet I didn't dislike it either.

Not the same-old, same-old! VERY good. Loved the addition of the chow mein noodles. Used imitation crab meat instead of the "real stuff".

I have not made this salad about 10 times and each time we have to comment on how it's our very favorite crab salad. The flavors are all so awesome together. Thanks for this great recipe.

I made this for dinner last night and everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe and found that it was very wet ( I prefer a drier salad) so I added more crab. This was perfect! When adding the mayo, add a little and stir to be sure it is the right consistency for you. Otherwise, my family really loved it and I will definitely be making this again.

This salad is excellent -- and so easy! The only things I changed were using imitation crabmeat, canned (drained) LeSeur peas instead of frozen, and I omitted the chow mein noodles to save on carbs. So I know I didn't sacrifice any flavor with my substitutions. The almonds and celery make it crunchy, and the curry powder and lemon juice add just the right zing. I like it for a light lunch with cottage cheese, and my husband loves it on crackers! I'm going to make this a lot this summer! Thanks for the great recipe!

This is an excellent salad--something different! I followed the recipe with the exception of using imitation crab, doubling the curry, and mixing in the chow mein and almonds just before serving. This is a favorite summertime main dish at our house!
