Ingredients

  • 10 celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 (2.8 ounce) can French-fried onions

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the celery, soup and water chestnuts. Pour into a greased microwave-safe 8-in. square dish. Cover and microwave on high for 27 minutes or until the celery is tender, stirring every 5 minutes. Sprinkle with onions. Microwave, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
