I might make this again if I want something very easy to prepare. The recipe is fine, but has no special flavors that I would really crave. (The name kind of says it all - it's salmon with crumbs on top.) You will like this best if you like thyme a lot, since that is the most pronounced flavor in the crumb topping.

I've never rated a recipe, but I had to this time. It was soooo excellent. I made no adjustments. Loved it. Thank you Perlene

A lot of really good flavors going on in the topping which I chose to use over tilapia. Added some parm to the mix and instead of spraying, I mixed evoo in with the bread crumbs. Absolutely delicious and thank you Perlene!

Thsi was really ggod and top was nice and crispy. I did use panko crumbs instead and added a tiny bit of ramano cheese. I also cut out spraying the fish with oil and basted them with lemon juice. Was very well received!
