I used bottle Basalmic vinegarette dressing and this coating mixture meant for chicken "oven bake". This turn out really good. Tasty, not overwhelming with dressing, and the crunch was nice too. Very easy, fast, and tasty..my kind of recipe :) Thanks

Didn't have stuffing mix so mixed plain bread crumbs with panko bread crumbs and had good flavor. Might add some lemon juice to the oil & dressing mixture next time. Would also serve with tartar sauce.

This is a good treatment of the fish that lets the flavor shine. Great texture. For once I was not tempted to pour a sauce over the dish to mask the fish, because it was delicate and tasty. We flipped ours once so both sides could get a nice crisp from the crumbs in the oil. We like a little more seasoning, so plan to rub the italian seasoning into the fish and add the oil to let it marinate overnight, then add some garlic powder and other spices to the crumb mixture next time.

another great recipe, I added some pepper to the mix and cut the Italian dressing in 1/2. It came out great, first time It was a bit too sweet for us. Everyone really liked it except for my wife.

I just used some bottled Italian dressing. Pretty good but could use more seasoning for my taste. I'll spice it up next time. A little lemon juice on it was very good.

This was well received with my family. I coated the cod with ranch dressing and coated it with crushed stuffing mix. I lightly sprayed them with Pam, before they went into the oven.
