Excellent! I used already prepared Good Seasons Italian dressing and Stove top stuffing ground in a food processor. Easy, too!

The flavor was a little strong and I had a lot of italian mixture left over. I think I would cut that back as to not waste so much. It was good though. My husband liked it. Kids would not touch it and I thought the favor a little strong. But, it all fairness I would likely depend on the stuffing mix you used. I think it would have been better with stove top but did not have any.

Excellent. Followed everything exactly and came out great. So easy. Lots of flavor from both Seasonings and does give it a more crunchy flavor.

Gives the fish a great chrunch without having to fry it. It has become an instant family favorite that is super easy to do. We've tried it with cod and talapia and both were delicious.

I made this and left out the italian dressing, I dipped the fish into a bit of melted margarine and then into the crushed stovetop. It was Really good! I don't particularly like fish but wanted to get more into my diet this recipe made it possible and i even enjoyed it!
