I made this with my two children. Very easy to follow. We substituted the crispies with fruity crispies instead. A little sugary but good and lots of fun

My boyfriend loves crispy, yet a little chewy cookies, and loves butterscotch! These cookies were a perfect fit for him. These were out of this world. I followed recipe to the exact, except I didn't roll them in sugar, I just dipped one side in it, thus I only used 1/4 cup of each for dipping instead of the 1/2 cup of each. These were easy and delicious! Next time, I may try pecans in them and perhaps a little bit of cinnamon in the dough. These are a must try.
