Excellent recipe. I used 4 split chicken breasts and the only thing I have to say is that it took longer than 1 hour to cook. So, at the end I put it under the broiler for 10-15 minutes to brown it up. Thoroughly enjoyed - definitely a keeper.

Very bland and too oily. Not worth the small amount of effort it takes to make.

This was delicious! my potatoes didnt come out crispy but they were still good. I used boneless skinless chicken breast instead of thighs. also i added some baby carrots and zucchini slices which were amazing! another trick i used was to put in a few garlic cloves while baking. mmmm.

FIVE STARS! Used boneless skinless chicken breast and put in the oven during the last 25 minutes. Real rosemary is crucial to the success of this dish. Used real crushed garlic as well. Delicious!

I got this recipe two years ago and make it all the time. I have 3 kids and all of them love it. The only thing we do different is cut the chicken, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add sliced onions and it is delicious.

Don't rate the recipe if you are changing everything but the name of the recipe. Holy , submit your own recipe. Don't change everything and give this recipe 2 stars because you did not try this recipe and went off on your own to create a tasteless, worthless creation. If yours is so awesome then post it! If not then shut up. This is a great recipe as is. Enough said!

Yummy! I made with chicken breast following another posters suggestion of cooking the potatoes for 30 min at 375 and then adding the chicken for an additional 30 min. I would definently suggest using fresh rosemary. Also if you really like a little kick add Tony Chacheres cajun seasoning.

This is a great recipe. I did minor changes. I marinated and basted the chicken with lemon juice and weishcheser <-spell check) sauce. For the potatos, they were too crispy (almost burned) because I cooked them too long. I suggest cooking 30-45 minutes. This is definitely a delicious recipe and I have cooked it 4 times now.

It was way too oily. The flavour was good but even tossing it with oil and then scooping only the chicken and potatoes into the pan and leaving the oil in the bowl the end product was much too greasy to be enjoyable. Won't bother making this again.

I used 3 HUGE bone-in chicken breasts& had to add 15-18 min onto the cooking time. My potatoes didn't get crispy at all, even after draining the oil & adding an additional 20 min onto their cooking time(after removing the chicken). However, the flavor was GREAT & the chicken as very moist, juicy, & flavorful. I upped all of the herbs a bit & added 1 1/2 tsp of onion powder.

This was so delicious, no one had any idea it was so quick and easy. I plussed up the herbs a bit and added about half of the rosemary, oregano and garlic powder to the bowl while I was tossing the chicken and potatoes with the EVOO and then sprinkled the rest on top. The fresh herbs were great but I will try it with dried herbs too as I don't always have fresh herbs on hand. Watch the cooking time; mine was done in about 40 minutes.

Very good, easy recipe. I made 8 chicken thighs on one baking sheet and 6 large potatoes on another sheet. I used 1/4 cup oil on the fries and skipped the oil on the chicken, since it had plenty of fat from the skin. I basted the chicken during the last 15 minutes with the juices. It was delicious and made the house smell great, and I only used dried rosemary. I think I'll try fresh next time.

I thought it had really good flavour. I love rosemary with chicken and if you add your own spices (seasoned salt etc) it doesn't come out bland like others stated. Mine was not crispy but, that was my fault I poured the whole olive oil over the entire dish with the spices and baked it. I will make again but, I will follow the directions better.

I wasn't all that impressed by this recipe. It might be because I don't really like thighs...I used a mix of thighs and boneless, skinless chicken breasts in this recipe.
