Yummmm...is quite a bit of prep but they are so good. To make the dough easier to handle use as close to a fancy shred of cheese as possible. I had to bake mine for 14 minutes to get them a bit more brown and nixed the dill (yuck!). I love the garlic so threw in another clove to keep the vampires away.

I love the flavor of these but the prep time is ridiculous. These twists take over 30 minutes to roll out and twist and the dough is extremely difficult to work with. I think, if I make again, I will roll out very thin, cut into squares like crackers and bake for 3-4 minutes.

I don't get it.... I copied the recipe, ordered all the ingredients, and gave it to my Home Ec. students to make. Fifteen kitchens, 45 students. Well, very few if them liked this recipe. It was the first time I tried a recipe out with the kids before testing it out at home first. I trusted the rave reviews it got, and went ahead. I then went and made them at home, and my family didn't like them either. Not great tasting, not crispy either. A mystery. Oh well!

Absolutely wonderful. i would have sent in a picture if they weren't eaten as soon as I put them on the plate! Only problem I had was I was swampoed with doing other stuff that I had smeone else roll them out for me and we ended up with 12 rather than 20! still don't know how we ended with that number!

These were so delicious! I only had Mozerella cheese so I used that, and these came out so cheesy and tasty. I served them with the Mushroom Soup Without Cream recipe on this site for a dinner party entree and everyone thought they were fantastic.
