WOW! This was incredibly good.. a LOT of work, but very tasty! I did not freeze the tofu, but I drained it incredibly well getting out all excess water with paper towels. I then cut it into 12 thin slices and baked for 15 minutes at 375. The key is to use your favorite BBQ sauce.. I use Sweet Baby Ray's and it's incredible! Instead of broiling, I just baked it for another 5 minutes at 375 after I was done with the frying. Keep extra BBQ sauce on the side as well for when you're eating to dip it in there too! This is very good. I served it with dinner rolls and rice.
