i haven't had crepes in 6 years and this was better than i remembered. The cinnamon and vanilla was a great touch. I stuffed mine with vanilla icecream and blueberry pie filling and topped it off with coolwhip

Delicious and easy! I used nutella as a filling in some to make them extra sweet. In others I used cream cheese and strawberries.

I cannot believe that I successfully made crepes. My parents tried to make them once when I was a kid (I think they were all the rage in the 70s) and they were a complete disaster. Probably due to lack of teflon pans! But mine came out beautifully. The first one was a little tricky to flip, but the rest were perfect. My kids loved them!

Hubby requested these for breakfast for Father's Day. So simple to make. I did add 1 tsp. of vanilla. Hubby and daughter just had theirs with maple syrup but I spread cream cheese on them, rolled it up and topped it with fresh strawberries. So good!

Oh boy! These are perfect crepes. Simple original crepe recipe. If you are browsing and trying to decided which crepe recipe to use, look no further. This is the best one i have tried on this site. It's just perfect, very comparble to the magic pan crepes we have here at MOA.

Absolutely divine! I've never made crepes before in my life, but I was craving them today. I even had to walk down to the store to get some fresh eggs. On the suggestion of other users (and for my own love of vanilla and cinnamon), I added 1 tsp of vanilla (for half of a recipe) and about 1/2 or 1 tsp of cinnamon. I ate them with a home-made sweet lemon cream cheese and sliced mango. Soooo fantastic! I made them for lunch, but I have a feeling I'll have them again for dinner! Thanks for the fantastic recipe!

So simple yet so fantastic! I put mandarin oranges and raspberries in one of mine (looked pretty and tasted delicious) and simply put powdered sugar on another. A refreshing alternative to pancakes. This is a versatile recipe that I'll use often!
