Followed recipe as directed and came out with fantastic crepes. Mentioned to my husband that I refused to pay $$ for crepes again considering how easy they were to make.

The perfect crepe recipe! I add a little vanilla and sugar when i'm making them for breakfast or dessert, but make them as written for savory fillings. My boyfriend declared them his new favorite breakfast (filled with caramelized peaches & cream)!

Very good crepes, and very easy to make. Blender makes it easy; I add vanilla, sugar, and cin to mine. Great recipe.

This was my first go with crepes, and the recipe was so easy and great comeout! I added plenty of cinnamon to the batter, then after it was cooked I spread a thin layer of nutella, then filled with a strawberry and whipped cream combo. The boyfriend had at least 4...

This was really simple and good. I followed another member's suggestion and added cinnamon and vanilla. Yum! We also had it with fresh lemon juice and sugar and a blueberry sauce I made with frozen blueberries, sugar and a little bit of lemon juice cooked together.

So much simpler than I thought crepes would ever be! A non-stick skillet definitely helped, these were delicious made as directed. I served with homemade blueberry compote, lemon curd and sour cream. Thanks for a great recipe.

Very good recipe. I needed to thin the batter out a little bit, but only very slightly. Makes great crepes!

I love your recipe! I use this recipe every time I cook crepes...which is quite often. I do add lemon and orange zest, vanilla extract, and sometimes(but not often) rum. Thank you for putting this recipe out there!

This recipe has been in my family since the beginning of time ha ha. My Oma occasionally cooks these for dinner for the family. She'll stand in front of the stove for hours. Time consuming but oh so good. Try it with ground beef. Prepare it the way you usually do, onions, garlic, spices, and then wrap it up in a crepe and drizzle some syrup over top. TO DIE FOR! Giver a go!!

Great recipe! I made these on a whim, and so didn't have things I would normally use for filling/sauce. To improvise, I stirred sweetener into sour cream for filling and heated jelly for a drizzle of sauce. Delicious and easy.

We made these Christmas morning. The family really liked them. They were a little different spin on our tradition strawberry waffles.

This is the only crepe recipe I use! I substitute 1/2 of the white flour for whole wheat and reduce the oil to 3/4 T. For a really delicious and healthy breakfast or snack, I add 3 T light cottage cheese and a few dollups of strawberry preserves. Roll up and dust with powdered sugar--beautiful and SO good!

Excellent recipe - I added 1/2 teaspoon almond extract and filled with (thawed) frozen strawberries and topped with whipped cream. Easy, inexpensive and every bit as tasty as a local breakfast chain restaurant.

Really loved this recipe. I used vanilla soy milk instead of milk and added more vanilla and they were amazing. I filled them with nutella, bananas, strawberries for a dessert. Then for a breakfast filled them with yogurt and granola. There are endless possibilities. My familiy loved them!
