The flavour was nice. I made a double batch and there were no leftovers. They were a little too thick though but that's likely a cook's error.

Fantastic! I made this per the instructions (but doubled it), but added 2 tsp of vanilla extract and a dash of nutmeg as suggested by a previous reviewer. They browned well and were moist and delicious! I'm a newbie cook and had no problems making these whatsoever.

Absolutely fantastic. Easiest Crepe recipe in existance! I added 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and 1 tsp of brown sugar, as well as a dash of vanilla and they were amazing for dessert. We had crepes for dinner for a week! If you're just starting out, I'd suggest using 1/2 a cup of batter until you get used to it, then go down to the 1/3. It made it a lot easier for me. Also, line the bottom of your plate with a paper towel just to collect excess moisture. Fantastic overall!

They turned out awesome! I mixed the batter with a whisk and put it in the freezer for 5min. When they were all done I spread some Nutella, added bananas, wrapped them up, and poured warm strawberry sauce all over (simmer strawberries a little water and sugar). Boyfriend couldn't get enough. You can't go wrong with this recipe.

Excellent! I made 2 batches, the first one as written. The second one I added vanilla and sugar like others had recommended, the second batch was better. Do the alterations and these are awesome. I served with blueberries or strawberries.

Can't believe how healthy AND tasty these are! Most crepe recipes call for a ton of butter... When I first tried these I didn't believe that they weren't terrible for me. :)

i just made these crepes and they were easy and delicious !!!! To think, I almost bought packaged crepes at the store. I added sugar and vanilla and filled them with strawberries with powdered sugar on top with a drizzle of chocolate. Yummy !! I will certainly be using this recipe often.

Awesome!! I followed the recipe and added 1 T sugar and 1 tsp vanilla, like another reviewer suggested. I used cooking spray on the pan each time I made a new crepe. This was the first time I have ever made crepes, and they came out perfect and paper-thin... I didn't even have any "practice" crepes! I filled mine with fat-free, sugar-free pudding and chopped up bananas. Yummy!

This is an amazing recipe! My mom made us crepes all the time when we were kids and we loved them. Ate them with powdered sugar and lemon. Her recipe was equal parts milk and flour and the only other ingredient was eggs. As I have made them over the years, I thought they seemed a bit thick and on Saturday I decided to look for a new recipe. I found this one!! It is perfect, makes the crepes very thin, which is how you want them. I added about a tsp. of sugar and dash of vanilla. I ate them with cottage cheese and raspberries, then powdered sugar and lemon! Both were absolutely delicious. I am using this recipe from now on.

I just made these and o em gee... it's really good! I think the key is to use the blender to make it thus it achieves the right consistency and distribute the ingredients evenly. Used my crepe pan, and also added 2 tsp of pure vanilla into the batter. Delicious! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe. =)

I enjoyed this recipe, but it's a bit bland, so I added a tablespoon of sugar to the batter and it turned out great! Also for the filling, I had 8 oz of cream cheese and followed the previous recipe by adding some orange juice to the desired consistency and added some sauteed blueberries to the cream cheese. After that, I spread the cream cheese and blueberries on the crepes. Yummy! :)

I haven't tried this yet, but definitely will for a dessert. My Oma in Austria made a sort of "crepe"; we would have them for breakfast and fill w/Fruit Jellies, or spreads, then top off w/some powdered sugar. I imagine you could do the same with this. Yum!

I don't know much about how a crepe is supposed to be, but they are both rubbery and tender at the same time if that's possible. This was a good recipe for me. Thanks!

Just tried making crepes for the first time. This recipe is FANTASTIC!!! The crepes have the same texture and taste as the ones I had in Europe. I am VERY PLEASE!! I put strawberries and bananas in mine and topped them with sugar-free syrup and a little powder sugar. This is a very easy recipe. Highly recommended!!

Nice recipe! I did add a tiny pinch of sugar and a dash of vanilla to kick it up a bit, but all in all, very tasty.
