I'm giving this 5 stars because it was the EASIEST recipe I have ever made in my life. It took less time to make the sauce than it did to cook the rice! For busy people, this is a great dish to cook on a week night.
I made it exactly as written, except I did not have milk, only heavy whipping cream. So I filled the 1/3 cup partially with the cream and the rest with water. The sauce thickened really quickly, so I used a little more water to get the right consistency. Really nice recipe, thanks!
