This took about five minutes to make. I paired it with a bag of steam in the microwave rices with veggies in it. Delicious. I made it for my daughter and I so I cut the Creole in half so it wouldn't be to spicy for her. Also she and I ate all of this by ourselves so either we are healthy eaters or 4 servings is a little off.

We really didn't like this and I won't be making it again. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because we did eat it for dinner and didn't have to throw it out, won't be eating the leftovers though. I really thought we'd like this because we like other things with tuna in them, like good old tuna noodle casserole.

Awesome! I used fresh tomatoes- about 2 cups- and had to put a little bit of water in after the milk (it was way too thick!) I put a bit too much cayenne pepper in for my kids but I thought it was great and will definitely make it again! PS I didn't notice any tuna taste at all..

Way too much tuna flavor--it overpowered. I used white albacore in water , so it wasn't a cheap tuna! Will not make again.

I'm giving this 5 stars because it was the EASIEST recipe I have ever made in my life. It took less time to make the sauce than it did to cook the rice! For busy people, this is a great dish to cook on a week night. I made it exactly as written, except I did not have milk, only heavy whipping cream. So I filled the 1/3 cup partially with the cream and the rest with water. The sauce thickened really quickly, so I used a little more water to get the right consistency. Really nice recipe, thanks!

I would change the name to "Simple Creole Tuna" so that nobody would expect a gourmet dish. It's very straightforward and easy to make, and my fussy family loved it. I didn't have green peppers so just sauteed an onion instead, I'm sure the flavor was slightly different but it still came out just great. Comfort food at it's finest, this will be making a regular appearance at our dinner table!

Fantastic! I used a cajun spice mix from this website instead of creole. I also used diced tomatoes and 1/2 cup of mixed peppers. Very fulfilling and satisfying!

Not bad, not fabulous. Probably won't make it again, but it was a nice variation of creole chicken.

The tomatoes completely over-powered the other flavors - I might try this recipe again with a bit of doctoring and maybe just 1/2 a can of tomatoes.

So easy and fast! I only had Rotel, so used that instead of tomatoes - boy was it hot! Next time I'll definately stick to regular tomatoes (or mild Rotel). The kids probably wouldn't touch it, but it's perfect for a quick meal for myself.

I absolutely loved this recipe even though I didn't have any stewed tomatoes on hand or cajun seasoning. I used a can of diced tomatoes primavera and the optional seasonings listed below the recipe. It turned out delicious over rice. I can't wait to try the leftovers tomorrow!
