Excellent spice mix! I used it for Creole Green Beans, and still have a bunch in a mason jar. Very good!

This recipe is almost identical to Emeril's Creole Seasoning (minus 1 T of salt) and his specialty is Cajun and Creole so this has to be the best, right? The recipe I use this most in is Cajun Chicken Pasta from this site.

If this was my only recipe for Creole seasoning, I would be happy. It is good. However, with all due respect to Ms. Platt, the Creole seasoning mix submitted by Joslyn H is a bit more complex, and, in my opinion a bit better.
