I have used this on sooo much! It is good on chicken, beef, and venison and elk. I use it in the crockpot a lot and it puts so much more umph in the dish. Thanks!

Awesome! Used this in "Bubba's Jambalaya" on this site. Soooooo good! Much MUCH better than store-bought as you can control the salt content. I put in only about 2/3 of what is called for so, depending on how I'm going to use it, it still leaves room for addl. salt if needed, but doesn't overdo it in recipes that are already really high in sodium. Love it! Thanks Josyln!

Very good recipe :) wonderful on chicken. I added 1 tbsp to a little olive oil & marinaded 4 chicken breast 30 min & broiled them. YUMMY

I love this, use it for blackened tuna steaks, so easy! A bit too salty for me though, I would highly recommend reducing the salt.

SO GOOD! I'm not a big fan of spice, so I reduced the amount of pepper - delicious! Used it in Oven Baked Jambalaya on this site - yummy! Highly recommended!

This was a little salty for me, but otherwise great. I love that I can make my own seasoning and avoid the salt-loaded commercial seasoning blends. Next time I make this I'll just cut out a tablespoon of salt. It'll be a while before I have to make it again though, cause this recipe makes a ton.

This is great! I made a 1/2 recipe to try this out (and didn't want to use up all my spices in case I didn't care for it). We loved this in Gumbo Style Chicken Creole. I can't wait to try it as a grilled chicken rub, too!
