This was delicious! I didn't have any diced tomatoes in the house, so I used stewed and broke them down with my hand mixer. I left out the celery salt, as my hubby hates it. I did the frozen veggies, but also added frozen okra. I also added shrimp. It was really good and not calorie heavy, so I'll definitely be making this again.

Absolutely love this reciepe. I have added a 16 oz bag of frozen okra to this dish, seems to fit just right. You wouldn't think that a dish with so much frozen and canned stuff would taste like you slaved all day, but it has a lot of flavor and is really quick to make.

My family used to make something very similar to this with halibut (easy to get in Alaska). I usually except the bay leaves, but they are a nice touch. This is a good, basic fish meal, that looks nice in a shallow bowl.

This was a quick fish stew...I added shrimp because I like it but other than that...let my hubby add heat that he wanted.
