Creamy Yogurt Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend garbanzo beans until smooth. Mix in garlic, salt, lemon juice and yogurt. Blend to desired consistency.
