Creamy White Chicken and Artichoke Lasagne

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and tomatoes in large bowl. Mix Cooking Creme, garlic powder and 2 tablespoons basil in medium bowl until blended. Gradually whisk in milk. Stir half into chicken mixture.
  3. Pour half the remaining Cooking Creme mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with 3 noodles and 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken mixture twice; top with remaining noodles, Cooking Creme mixture and mozzarella. Cover.
  4. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 minutes. Sprinkle with basil; let stand 5 minutes before serving.

If you are not using the chicken immediately, cut it into pieces and refrigerate in covered containers. Use within 3 to 4 days.

I usually don't review if I make big changes, but since it doesn't have reviews yet I thought I'd add my two cents. Flavor is good, it's rich. I couldn't find the cooking cream so I used cream cheese with pesto. Also couldn't find the mozzarella cheese so just used regular mozzarella. Also, to make it easier I mixed it all together, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, etc. I sprayed the bottom of the pan with Pam cooking spray.

I made this recipe last night and my whole family loved it! I made some changes though. In the 13x9 pan I placed 3 noodles down first and the lasagna noodles I used were whole wheat but they turned out just the same as normal noodles. Just to make it easier, like the other review, I combined everything together and added 1/2 cup of milk instead of a cup. I also couldn't find the ?cooking cream and found out that it had been discontinued by the Philadelphia company. After the first layer of noodles I placed a layer of the whole mixture and then another layer of noodles and then I placed all of the tomatoes and then another layer of noodles and then the rest of the artichoke, chicken etc mixture and then noodles and then the rest of the mozzarella, salt, pepper, and basil on top! It turned out great! Thanks for the recipe. :)
