I made these for Easter dinner along with the ham. They were definitely a hit with everyone. I followed the recipe pretty much but added chopped green onions and cheddar cheese and topped with bacon bits. Was delicious.

Made these for Easter dinner. Great! I added some bacon, chopped green onions, shredded sharp cheese & a bit of homemade horseradish. Very good & creamy - unlike other recipes the cream cheese made this one stand-out!

The last few twice-baked potatoes I have tried have been dry and fairly tasteless, so my expectations were fairly low. However, this recipe raised the bar for all other twice-baked potatoes. We ate a few at dinner one night and had left overs the next day which we heated in the microwave. Both were delicious. The potatoes were creamy, smooth, and completely worth the calories :)
