I had read the previous reviews and when I made it I doubled the amounts of everything but the biscuts. My family loved it...it was creamy and tasted so good. It worked out perfectly and this is a recipe I will be using again and again.

I think the proportion of the creamy turkey needs to be doubled if you want a more substantial filling underneath all those biscuits. I ended up doubling it, which turned out well. My biscuits also ended up soggy and uncooked in the middle, even with a lower 400 degree oven and with a longer cooking time. In the future, I would cook the biscuits separately to ensure they're not raw in the middle and then layer it on top of the filling, top with the cheese, and then just bake it long enough to melt the cheese.

Cooked it in an 8x8 pan at 400ยบ (temp biscuits called for). Tastes wonderful! My husband loved it. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Delicious! Overall easy to make. I substituted the store bought biscuits with the "Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits" recipe. MMmmmm! Well worth the small extra effort.

I used celery instead of green pepper, corn instead of peas (a freezer oops) and cream of potato instead of mushroom soup, but otherwise kept the ingredient list the same and the filling was great! After reading that the biscuit/filling ratio was a bit off, I decided to use a smaller pan and fewer biscuits (about 8x8 with 9 biscuits), too. But the biscuits looked overdone halfway through the baking time, but were gooey inside. So next time, I may follow the cooking temperature on the biscuit tube (it was lower than stated here), or maybe try baking the biscuits first to avoid the underbaked-ness that my hubby was unhappy with.

I made this only because I had everything on hand (except green peppers for which I substituted celery - also I used cream of chicken soup), but I was convinced my kids wouldn't eat it. They loved it and asked for more - they even ate the peas and didn't even notice the onions or celery! I think I used a bigger pan than in the recipe because there wasn't a lot of filling per biscuit - that was the only thing my husband didn't like (however, he just made up for it by eating half the pan). I would definitely make this again!
