Wow. This is oh so delicious. Very creamy and very rich so a little goes a long way. This was fabulous on just crackers, but it would be fantastic spread on celery sticks or with other crisp veggies or as a tortilla rollup or sandwich spread too. I ate this immediately after preparing it and used dried herbs and spices. Again, I took 1 bite and said, Wow. And even at the last bite, I was still saying it. This was THAT delicious!

This was good and can be a basis for much creativity using a variety of fresh herbs. Like many things, it is better the next day after the flavors meld. Thanks for the recipe!

YUM! Super easy & tasty! I did cheap & used dry thyme & parsley...shameful as it is, it was more cost effective. The only other change I made was to add in a little garlic powder along with the minced garlic (hey, I am Italian). Tasted even better then next day - my 2 year old niece couldn't get enough of it! Thanks for sharing! :)

I made this today for a family party and IT was delicious and a big hit with everyone! I did also double the recipe and I did put a small can of crushed pineapple (drained) in half of the mixture. Great both ways! Thanks for the variation, Heather L. Thanks for sharing! Merry Christmas

This was very good as written. It can carry 5 stars on it's own. However, I did double it, and add a can of crushed pineapple to it, and with that addition I would give this recipe 6 stars! I served it with Ritz crackers and it was just about all gone by the end of our get-together.
