This is mild but very tasty! I like it both with and without the sour cream. I sprinkled a small amount of cinnamon/sugar mixture on top, and that was also good.

A fantastic recipe! I used hickory smoked bacon and it added just enough bacon flavor to form a nice base without being overwhelming. This soup is creamy,savory,and delicious. And it's very simple to prepare.

This soup is awesome! I always make it with butternut squash, if you are not a fan of bacon don't add it!

I replaced the milk with almond milk, added a couple extra strips of bacon, and used about 1/2 cup of pumpkin because I ran out of winter squash. It came out delicious.

This was surprising good. I was a little concerned about the curry but it tastes great! I did not add bacon, I sauted the onion in butter instead. I used butternut and acorn squash which was a nice blend. I will make this again soon.

Fabulous recipe! My husband said "wow" after every bite. There is nothing that could have made this any better. This is a perfect soup - better than any squash soup served in any restaurant. Is now in permanent rotation.
