I made too many substitutions and additions to count, but it turned out delicious. I am giving it 5 stars because I am sure it would have been better with parm cheese (I used shredded cheddar + mozzarella). Will make again - with parmesan!

Okay, I severely changed this recipe to try and make it healthier. I used fat free cottage cheese and fat free sour cream, and way less cheese -- maybe 1/4 cup total. I also doubled the vegetables, adding in some red bell pepper, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, overall -- pretty good although not fantastic. Needs lots of salt and pepper, I added in red pepper flakes in basil too. Still felt like it was missing something though, but I would make it again if I had the same stuff to use up.
