This is a wonderful change to potatoes. My family loved it! It goes well with any type of meat but we prefer with beef.

This was an accompaniment to boiled kielbasa and carrots. I used Russet potatoes as I was trying to use them up. This probably would have been better using red potatoes, so I gave it five stars. My husband loved it!!!
