Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a slow cooker. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix until blended. Stir in potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
