This was a very good recipe. I adapted it a bit,I sprinkled the potatoes with seasoned salt, sauteed onion and garlic in the oil and added that to the potato instead of the french fried onions. I coated the pork chops with garlic salt and pepper before browning. I reserved a bit of the sauce to top the chops with after putting them over the potato mixture. I topped it with the french fried onions and sharp cheddar cheese. Very good. I will make this again.

My favorite baked pork chop recipe of all time !! I used bone-in chops that were a little on the thin side. Next time I will use boneless butterflied chops. This recipe will be added to my monthly rotation.

Hubby loved this one! It was much better than the hashbrown casseroles cooked without meat. I did deglaze the pan to add to sauce, couldn't let those good drippings go to waste. I also used boneless pork chops.

Good dish. I don't know what happened, but I had to cook chops alot longer. They just wouldn't get done in the middle. Plus, I am not a big fan of celery, I may try cream of mushroom soup next time.

I made this for my family last week and they loved it...even the kids! I added a can of green beans to the mix. If using pork chops with the bone, increase cooking time to about 1 1/2 hours. Next time I'll use boneless pork chops.

Very good & easy! Works well with other cream soups and the addition of green beans makes it a comforting all-in-one meal. Yumm!
