If your family dislikes tomato based meatloaf like mine does then this is the meatloaf for you! Sour cream and onion dip keeps the meat moist and it is served with a delicious sour cream and mushroom sauce. My family usually adds a bit of Cajun seasoning blend since we Louisianans like our food spicy. This recipe just might change your family's mind about meatloaf!

A quick, simple, and delicious chicken dish with an elegant presentation. Prosciutto-wrapped chicken thighs are baked with garlic and mushrooms. The drippings are simmered with white wine and sour cream to create a scrumptious sauce.

This is a recipe my Grandma Margie has been making for the past 40 years and it's our favorite pork chop recipe. They're kind of sweet and kind of sour, but absolutely wonderful! You can also substitute 6 ounces of cream cheese for the sour cream if that's what you have on hand, in which case you should bake the dish covered. These chops are great served with rice pilaf, mashed potatoes, or over pasta, with a salad on the side. Enjoy!

A wonderful change from the traditional pork chops and applesauce. Boneless pork chops are browned, and then baked in a coating of caramelized onions, apples, and curry powder. Savory and wonderful! Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable.

Pork Stir-Fry with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Use convenience foods to help with getting a meal together. Vary the mix of vegetables to find your family's favorite blend. Sprinkle each plate with chopped peanuts for added crunch and flavor. Or substitute your favorite bottled stir-fry sauce in place of the sweet and sour sauce. Serve with pepper-cheese breadsticks and fresh cantaloupe slices or orange sherbet.

For such a simple recipe with so few ingredients, the flavor here is incredibly deep. The onions come out creamy and are the perfect companion to broiled or grilled sausages. This is excellent served with mashed potatoes.
