Did as directed. Meat tasted good, but the cream never got any thicker and it tasted like I poured milk on my pork.....

I usually don't care much for pork tenderloin, but I thought this recipe was worth a try. I was so impressed. This recipe is totally simple, yet delicious. My whole family loved it. My husband gave me the "thumbs up". This will be made frequently for my family.

I made this thinking it would be super simple and I had all the ingredients. AFTER I got it cooking I had MAJOR doubts about it but it was to late to turn back so I hoped for the best. It was GREAT! So good! NO KIDDING! We served the sauce over rice and my husband RAVED and he is NOT a big pork fan. This one goes into my cookbook and I will make it again. The ONLY change I made was I did not use any salt (the bacon is salty enough) and I didn't use the paprika. THANKS for posting this most excellent dish!

I give this 4 stars almost 5 stars. This was actually super simple and delicious. I did think it need just a little more spices, so I did add more pepper and paprika after it was done cooking, I also took another persons advice and thickened it, overall it was delicious, served over white rice and enjoyed!

I just made this for the second time and it only gets better. I made two changes: used maple bacon, and sprinkled the pork with cinnamon, in addition to the salt, pepper and paprika. Obviously, it came out slightly sweet.

Tried this recipe and company loved it. I found the sauce was a little thin so I added a little cornstarch. Also added fried mushrooms for more flavour.
