I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but this recipe was unpalatable. Needless to say, we didn't eat it and it quickly spoiled. I think the orange juice reacted with the poppy seeds to make it mold fast. I tried it because I'm looking for a good poppy seed recipe without putting mustard in as I do not like the green color produced.

Tasty dressing. Everyone in my family agreed there were just too many poppy seeds. Cut back a little on the seeds and it's great.

Made this as it is written and it is delicious. Used on spinach salad. Thank you for a great dressing recipe.

We loved this unique dressing. My sister made it for dinner one night and we were all blown away. It has a very fresh flavor that is light and tangy. It definitely doesn't taste low fat but it really is.

So when I first tried this, I was surprised by the flavor and somewhat unsure. However, it has grown on me immensely and I use this all of the time on spinach, especially with cranberries. It doesn't taste like most poppyseed dressings but definitely worth a shot, especially because it's healthy! I used fat free mayo and sour cream and it needed more effort mixing, but tastes basically the same.
