Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all of the ingredients; shake well. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
