Made this for my husband to take to a Men's Night at church for a cake/pie auction. The person who bought it called and told me how wonderful it was! (I licked the bowl and that part was good too)

Delicious and beautiful pie! We used whipped cream that we whipped ourselves and I highly suggest that you do that. The filling turned out very much like a light cream cheese frosting. Delectable!!

This turned out great! For some reason, I couldn't find my glass pie dish so I used an 8x8 square glass baking dish. For the crust, I used the Chocolate Wafer Crust also from this site and used Mother's Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies. I ended up adding the whole carton of whipped topping to the peanut butter filling which made it even creamier and I drizzled the top of the peanut butter filling with melted chocolate before I added the chopped peanut butter cups, just to make it prettier. Great recipe!

SO good and SO easy. This is the only pie I've ever made that was completely gone when the guests left. I used a little more peanut butter than the recipe called for. I also used lite cool whip and again a little more than the recipe called for. Used a graham cracker crust, but I think it would have been even better in a chocolate cookie crust. Great recipe!

I made this for a coworkers birthday celebration, what a hit!! I doubled the recipe, put it in a 9x13 pan with a graham crust. I crushed the peanut butter cups and mixed them all into the filling. When serving, I topped with whip cream and a chocolate drizzle. People are still raving about how good it was, I love how simple it is.

I made two pies with this for two different events. Received rave reveiws at both events. I drizzled melted chocolate over the pies and then arranged the quartered peanut butter cups around the edge. They looked very pretty.
