I love love love this recipe!! I've been making it but never rated it, this is so perfect every time. I time the syrup once it is boiling and I can't stir it down. Throw away the thermometer and follow the recipe, it works! I've never had issues with it at all. Makes a good 3 pounds. It is great for a large gathering, or for trays for your friends, or gifts. Thanks for sharing, Janet!

The only problem for me was that there was too much of it. I think I gained 5 pounds!

WOW! Talk about the most perfect pb fudge EVER!! This was my first attempt at making "real" fudge. Usually I buy the stuff you microwave and mix together, but I was ready to try it. It turned out PERFECT. =) I followed the recipe exactly and stirred constantly until it was boiling, then set the timer for 7 min and let it boil on medium without stirring. I am so happy and proud, and I now have another favorite for family get togethers.

I should have read the reviews. I envy those who tossed a pot on the stove, watched a show and came back to the perfect PB fudge. Even with a candy therm and timers the fudge came out too sweet, dry and gritty or came out too sweet and mushy. My chocolate fudge is always smooth and creamy.

This is the best peanut butter fudge recipe I have come across yet!!! The title says it all, it truly is very creamy, not gritty like most of the recipes I have either had or made.

My second try at fudge and it turned out perfectly. It's so good it's addictive. I'll definitely add this recipe to the Christmas season goodies I bake. Way yummy. Fair warning: I have gained 10 lbs. since I started making this fudge. Could be a coincidence, but consider yourself warned.

I have made this 2 times. The first was good but dry the second was perfect. Make sure when you make this to use a good quality peanut butter like Peter Pan.

I am not a fan of PB Fudge. I made this recipe for our LWML sale last year. They took orders for 20 extra batches after I made 10 to sell. I will continue to make this for this event each year and never share my secret!

OMG!!! This had THEE best flavor, texture...yummie!!! OK, the only problem is I could not get it to set 'hard'...so, I'm definitely making again...but letting it boil a tad bit longer than stated...and then letting it cool down a bit before adding the peanut butter and marshmellow! Everyone still ate it, though...I just kept it in the fridge at all times to keep it somewhat 'hard like' otherwise it would turn to mush!

Oh my goodness! Follow the recipe and be sure to let the mixture boil for 7 minutes without touching it (it's hard I know but don't touch it!). Then wait for the mixture to cool before adding the rest of the ingredients. After completed my fudge looked weird but I used my hands to press the fudge into the 9x13 pan and smooth it out...It came out perfect! And everyone loved it and even ate the entire pan within 1 hour!

This recipe is absolutely delicious! It was very easy to make. I did use a candy themometer to 240 degrees. I also made it easy to get out of the pan by lining the pan with saran wrap, (doube wrapped it to make sure it was up high enough on the sides.) I made it for gifts, but found it hard to stay away from! I will definitely make this part of my Christmas tradition! PS, I did follow the hints of the seven minute boil starting at a rolling boil stage, and stirred constantly up to that point.

This was my first time making any fudge and it turned out great. I read some of the other reviews and made sure it was a rolling boil for a full 7-8 minutes. I also waited about 5-10 minutes before adding the marshmallow and the peanut butter. I waited till the next morning when it had cooled and frosted it with melted chocolate chips. I got rave reviews and couldn't keep my 7 year old out of it! The texture was perfect, I will be making this every year now.

We have made peanut butter fudge in my family for years but this recipe tops the cake! So easy to make, but i did make one change...after mixing all ingredients on stove top, before pouring into pan, i poured into mixer and did some extra "stirring". It did the trick and the fudge turned out great! I actually had people fighting over it! I will definitely do this again!

Have been making peanut butter fudge for years. Made your recipe just to try something different and was amazed at how creamy and delicious your version is. Have had to make it THREE times since Thanksgiving just to satisfy my guests craving for this wonderful fudge. Thank you for sharing this recipe with the world!
