*sigh* I'm a novice to fudge making. And it seized. Just like my no-bakes always do. What a bummer.

This was the first time that I've made fudge, and I carefully followed the directions (and the directions/reviews regarding time for boiling and not touching it while it boils). It turned out a little crumbly (although I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like when you spread it in the dish), but I just pressed it out and it turned out great!

The taste is great, but I can't get the consistency right. I stired the mixture while it was boiling and then waited until it was 125 degrees before I added the marshmallow creme and PB. The next batch, I didn't stir while it was boiling and it scortched in the bottom of the pan. I aslo added the marshmallow and PB right away, and I still came out with the same texture. Should I add more marshmallow creme? HELP!

Does taste amazing. I stirred for 40 minutes never came to rolling boil so i quit stirring put my candy thermometer in and it came to a boil in seconds. Cooked to soft ball within a minute or 2 and removed from heat stired the marshm. creme in till completely dissolved, then at about 150* I stirred in the pb and the vanilla, stirred well and put on a small cookie sheet covered in tinfoil and was slightly larger then a cake pan. Taste amazing off the spatula. Sat praying it would set b/c it looked so creamy as my previous recipe looked slightly stiffened right as i was pooring it. after set about 20-30 minutes still not stiff but a little more set. took parchment paper layed on top and smoothed with hands and set a pan the same size on with some weight on it to hel smooth the top out and make it look a little more professional..Of course couldnt wait til it was set to try so i cut a tiny square out of the corner so delicious if this sets it will be perfect and i will use it forever.. about 2 hours later still not set. so i put it in the refrigerator. see if this works. well... never set up but is really good try again next time.

I've never had a reliable peanut butter fudge recipe until now! I love this recipe. Easy Easy Easy. Followed the recipe perfectly and it set perfectly just sitting out on my counter. Raves from everyone that ate it. I'm so glad I found this recipe before the holidays! I lined the dish with foil and popped it out when it was firm- made it easier to cut. Did cut it small--very rich.

WOW! Amazing Fudge. I just cut the cooled fudge and it is dreamy. I followed the directions to a "T". I stirred for the complete 7 minutes and it was perfect and smooth. Follow the directions as listed and you will get perfect fudge every time.

This was great! I boiled it for about 7 and a half minutes and used marshmallows as I couldn't find the creme at my store (I put in about 28 large marshmallows). I put the marshmallows in while it was still quite hot (I don't have a candy thermometer so I just kind of guessed) because I was afraid they wouldn't melt, then I let it cool down a bit more and put the peanut butter and vanilla in. It worked perfectly! Definitely will make again. Thanks!

I just made this recipe and Aunt Teens Chocolate Fudge. I had better luck with this recipe. I had a candy thermometer in the mix, but I decided to follow the recipe and not worry about the temperature on the thermometer (which got to about 250 degrees at the end of 7 minutes). I stirred constantly until it was to a full boil and then left it alone on the advice of other reviewers. After the 7 minutes I added the marshmellow, vanilla and peanut butter right away. I stirred it until it was smooth and poured it into a pan that I lined with plastic wrap. I left it out to cool (did not refrigerate) and it firmed up pretty good. The texture is very creamy and not as hard as the chocolate fudge. It is extremely sweet though so I cut the pieces small!

I love love love this recipe!! I've been making it but never rated it, this is so perfect every time. I time the syrup once it is boiling and I can't stir it down. Throw away the thermometer and follow the recipe, it works! I've never had issues with it at all. Makes a good 3 pounds. It is great for a large gathering, or for trays for your friends, or gifts. Thanks for sharing, Janet!

WOW! Talk about the most perfect pb fudge EVER!! This was my first attempt at making "real" fudge. Usually I buy the stuff you microwave and mix together, but I was ready to try it. It turned out PERFECT. =) I followed the recipe exactly and stirred constantly until it was boiling, then set the timer for 7 min and let it boil on medium without stirring. I am so happy and proud, and I now have another favorite for family get togethers.

I should have read the reviews. I envy those who tossed a pot on the stove, watched a show and came back to the perfect PB fudge. Even with a candy therm and timers the fudge came out too sweet, dry and gritty or came out too sweet and mushy. My chocolate fudge is always smooth and creamy.

This is the best peanut butter fudge recipe I have come across yet!!! The title says it all, it truly is very creamy, not gritty like most of the recipes I have either had or made.
