I had never made fudge before and this recipe was really easy. I made it for a work event and can't believe how many people asked me for the recipe - especially since I forgot to add the vanilla! Just as a tip, since I didn't have the exact size of peanut butter or marshmallow creme, I used my food scale to weigh out the 16 oz. PB and 7 oz. of marshmallow creme and it worked great. I would make this again!

Delicious fudge! My boyfriend and I are peanut butter freaks (and also love fudge), so I just had to make this. I followed the recipe exactly except let it cool down for about 5 minutes before stirring in the marshmallow creme, PB and vanilla. Next time I, too, will use a candy thermometer because like some others said, the batch I made turned out rather grainy. I boiled it for exactly 7 minutes (go stop watch!), but I guess it was a bit too much. Regardless, the taste is wonderful, so nice and sweet with a good peanut butter taste and no problem setting up. My boyfriend is thrilled to death to have an entire 9x13 pan of it! Also, I happened to have a little square of peanut butter fudge I bought at a store and I couldn't even taste the peanut butter in that one compared to this.

Creamy and smooth. I couldn't get enough of this! The only problem I had was that most peanut butter jars come in 15 oz. so don't forget to slightly adjust the other portions or you'll end up with a fudge that doesn't set =(

Good - but not the best. This makes a TON of fudge. The thing I like best about this one is that I can use a sugar substitute for the white sugar, bringing the calories down and lowering the effect to glycemic response. Many other peanut butter fudge recipes don't call for white sugar, so it's not an option.

Excellent. I made this for Christmas last year and everyone loved it. My husbands brother asked me to make some just for him, and my husbands co worker is always bugging him to get me to make some. If your trying to decide on a fudge recipe, pick this one!
