I wasn"t very fond of this but giving it a 3 still. Kids liked it but they stated, it needs way more fruit. I probably won't bother making it again.

This sounded so unusual, I had to try it! It was fabulous. And the variations are endless. The second time I made it, I used cooked rice instead of the orzo and I was really disappointed. Try adding drained maraschino cherries, banana or even kiwi.

This is a very light and airy pudding. Very soft and not to fluffy. You will have to let set up over night in the refrigerator. I chunked up the peaches and followed the recipe to the T. It's funny about the orzo in th recipe, to me it looked like cantalope and cantalope seeds. But To be fair it has a very nice flavor, not over powering on any level. Going to be making another on of these with pineapple. Thank you.

I had some acini de pepe in the house that I had purchased for some Italian wedding soup. I wondered what else I could do with it and, via the magic of this website, I found this recipe. I liked this pudding very much but the next time I make it I will make a few changes. When eating this I immediately said, "this needs some pineapple". I will add some the next time. When cooking pasta for hot dishes I prefer al dente. For this recipe I will cook the pasta a little longer next time. Also, I will scale back on the marshmallows. Bottom line - this is a good recipe and it clearly qualifies as "something different". With a few changes I think it could be a great recipe.
