This was really good-very similar to kuchen, if you know what that is....Made it in a 12 inch cast iron skillet. It filled it pretty well, so you might want to plan on a dish a little bigger than 8x8 square. Used frozen apricots instead of peaches, but otherise made as written. My husband just kept going on and on about it-that's a good sign. Definitely a keeper!

Absolutely delicious. Probably one of top three recipes I have made from this site. It's a creamy dessert that is not too sweet. I followed the recipe exactly and was thrilled with the results.

This recipe was just like my mom made!!!Yummy. I was looking all over the net for this. My original one was missing 1 ingredient and I could not ever get it right. Thank YOU sooooo much. It's the BEST.
