Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups peas, fresh or frozen

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Add peas; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
