this was a super quick fix for me tonight. i pared it down to feed just me with some leftovers and the sauce was pretty good. i didn't have any fresh veggies, but i did use the mushrooms. not a bad substitute for an alfredo-like dish in a hurry.

I wasn't crazy wild for this recipe, but it was pretty good. I think I might have liked it better with bowtie pasta instead of the angel hair pasta. The sauce was nice and creamy when I blended it up. Oh, I left out the mushrooms because my husband doesn't like them. I'll probably try again with some tweaks.
