I added garlic powder and lemon juice and it was so so so good! The fresh parsley and the lemon juice were a perfect, tasty combo.

I followed the recipe exactly, but I cut it in half and it didn't have any flavor except for the mayo and mustard. I had to add extra parsley, fresh basil, an extra clove of garlic and a roasted bell pepper seasoning. With all of that added, it tasted alright, but was still way too thick. I won't be making this again.

Everyone enjoyed this dip. However, I took someone elses suggestion and added a second clove- it was TOO garlicy. Stick to one. I added everything to food processor. Easy!

This is good and simple. A little too thick, and not spectacular, but good and simple.

My family loved it. I added minced carrots to it to give it some snap. Nice and low in FAT!

I made this for a party, and I was pleasantly surprised. Great flavor and texture. I definitely recommend this. I did add a second clove of garlic, and I used horseradish mustard instead of dijon to give it a little more kick.
