INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sliced stuffed green olives
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients; cook 5 minutes or until cream cheese spread is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  3. Drain pasta. Add to skillet; mix lightly.
