Simple and tasty and I had all the ingredients on hand - it doesn't get much better than that!! I personally love the dressing, but only one other family member chose to use it - the others used bottled dressing. I have made this twice and will certainly make it again.

One of my favorite salads. Definately at the top of my favorite "homemade" dressings.

I thought this was very good. I made it for a family get together and it was well received by everyone. I'm going to make it again tonight and I might add some bacon bits for some excitement!

Good old fashioned lettuce salad. I liked making my own homemade dressing. This had a sweet dressing, it wasn't sour like I thought it was going to be with the cider vinegar at all. I used Miracle Whip to make this. Not a strong flavor, mellow, but quite tasty with the eggs and tomatoes. This was a really nice change from our regular salad with bottled ranch dressing. Would have been awesome with bacon added in as well. Nothing gourmet, but definitely worth a try. (Update: I've made this a couple of times already adding bacon the 2nd time, it's definitely a keeper. Beautiful presentation too!)
