I really liked this alot as a quick and easy addition to our rotation. Next time I will use less sour cream though.

This is SO good. My husband kept saying how great it was and he's not one to brag on food, and my 2 1/2 year old son cleaned his plate. That's saying something!!! Instead of the tomatoe sauce I used smooth Ragu spagettie sauce and I used one pound of lean ground beef. Made the whole recipe and put in a 13 x9 Pyrex dish so we could easily have left overs. I will make this again and again. Served with a salad and french bread.

I cooked this for a friend that just had a baby. I got to eat some and it was very rich. Anything with sour cream AND cream cheese is gonna taste good to me. But I actually could have used less sour cream. It was a very strong flavor in this dish.

This was a delicious recipe! It's definitely not your usual lasagna, but then the recipe says it's a lasagna casserole. Anyway, I really enjoyed this. I did do a couple things differently, but nothing major - I sauteed fresh garlic with the beef instead of using garlic powder. I used roasted garlic tomato sauce and put in a generous sprinkling of cayenne, cause i like a bit of heat. Since I didn't have green onions, I was going to use fresh chives, but decided to use some dried Italian seasoning in the cheese mixture instead. I also sprinkled some on top for presentation. It was great! I didn't want to stop eating it! You could tell that you used cream cheese in there, but it wasn't overpowering - I will definitely make this one again! Thanks so much for sharing!

This was good, I used 1/2 the sour cream and 1/2 cottage cheese. Hubby says still a little strong on the sour cream, liked the cream cheese. Added some Mozzarella with the cheddar. He ate 3 pieces!

This was fantastic! I was super skeptical and was anticipating a sloppy, runny mess and was nervous to serve this to my fam before trying it myself. OMG my fam said it's the best lasagna they have ever had! During prep I didn't think this was going to turn out like lasagna at all with the odd cheese/sour cream mixture, but it was just like lasagna only with a much better cheesy mixture that everyone liked way better than the norm ricotta/cottage cheese mixture. My mom hands down makes the best lasagna I have ever had and my dad told me he liked this much better. It also held together very well, not what I expected. The best part was that my fiance hates lasagna and won't eat it, but he actually tried some leftovers last night and like it!

Good recipe! We really enjoyed this. I used a whole tub of whipped cream cheese rather than the 6 oz of regular. Also, spiced up my meat mixture (used 1 lb lean ground beef and 2 lb ground turkey) A LOT with garlic, onion, pepper and cajun seasoning. I ended up using more meat in my layers so my final layer was just noodles and the cream cheese then the cheddar cheese on top. I thought it needed more tomato sauce with the mix, but my husband liked it as is.. i think next time I might add one more small can of sauce just for personal preference... I definitely think I will be making this one again!

I have made this for years. The only thing I do different is I use Ragu in place of the sauce and I do not mix the cheese in the cream cheese I put a layer of it on top of the meat sauce layer and then at the very end I put a cheese layer on top and cook until it is melted.
